How Our Home Visits Work
When you book a service, we arrive at your scheduled time fully equipped with all necessary grooming tools, tables, and premium products. There is no need for you to prepare anything beyond providing access to running water for bath services.
Sessions typically last between 45 minutes and 2 hours depending on the service and your pet's size. We work at your pet's pace, never rushing through the process.
After each appointment, we provide a summary of what was done, any observations about your pet's coat or skin condition, and recommendations for the next visit.
