What do I need to prepare for a home visit?
For bath services, we need access to running water. Otherwise, just ensure your pet is accessible and any gates or doors are secured. We bring all our own equipment.
Do you groom cats as well as dogs?
Yes, we provide grooming services for both cats and dogs. Cat grooming requires a gentle approach, and we are experienced in handling feline clients of various temperaments.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients. Repeated same-day cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
